How Voicemail Works

If your phone is off or you don't answer a call, callers are automatically directed to voicemail. When a message is left:

• You receive an MP3 audio file instantly to your account email.
• The voicemail also appears in your account dashboard under call history.

Voicemail Settings

Customize voicemail from your EasyRinger dashboard:

• Custom greeting: Upload or record your own voicemail greeting.
• Pickup time: Set how many rings before a call goes to voicemail.
• Disable voicemail: Turn it off entirely if you prefer.

To access voicemail settings, log in to your EasyRinger dashboard and go to your number's settings.
